مرحباً بكم في موقع ZIYAD DOMAINS. تسري هذه الشروط والأحكام على كافة عمليات استعراض النطاقات أو تقديم العروض المالية المباشرة لشرائها من المالك المستقل. Welcome to ZIYAD DOMAINS. These terms and conditions apply to all domain browsing activities or direct financial offers made to buy them from the independent owner.

1. تقديم العروض والاتفاق 1. Offers & Agreements

إن تقديمك لعرض مالي لشراء أي نطاق معروض في القائمة لا يعني انتقال ملكيته فوراً، بل يعد بمثابة فتح باب التفاوض المباشر. يتم إبرام الاتفاق النهائي بمجرد تأكيد المالك الرسمي عبر القنوات والوسائل المعتمدة. Submitting a financial offer to buy any listed domain does not imply instant ownership transfer, but rather opens direct negotiation channels. The final agreement is sealed once confirmed by the official owner through authorized channels.

2. آلية الدفع ونقل الملكية 2. Payment & Ownership Transfer

تتم إجراءات نقل ملكية النطاق للمشتري مباشرة بعد تأكيد استلام المبلغ المتفق عليه كاملاً عبر إحدى وسائل الدفع الرسمية المعتمدة (مثل منصات التسجيل كـ Namecheap أو التحويل البنكي المباشر بحسب ما تم الاتفاق عليه). The domain ownership will be transferred to the buyer immediately after confirming the receipt of the full agreed amount via one of the official approved payment methods (such as registrars like Namecheap or via direct bank transfer as agreed).

3. سياسة الإلغاء والاسترجاع 3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

نظراً لطبيعة المنتجات الرقمية الفريدة (النطاقات)، فبمجرد بدء إجراءات نقل ملكية النطاق إلى حساب المشتري أو تزويده بكود النقل الخارجي (Auth Code)، لا يمكن إلغاء العملية أو استرجاع المبالغ المدفوعة نهائياً. Due to the unique nature of digital assets (domains), once the domain ownership transfer process to the buyer's account has initiated or the authorization code (Auth Code) has been provided, the transaction cannot be cancelled, and payments are strictly non-refundable.

5. إخلاء المسؤولية5. Disclaimer

تُباع النطاقات (الدومينات) المعروضة على هذا الموقع بصفتهما أصولاً رقمية "كما هي" (As-Is). بصفتنا المالك للنطاقات، لا نقدم أي ضمانات تتعلق بأداء النطاق أو ملاءمته لأغراض تجارية معينة. في حال الشراء عبر منصة (Namecheap)، تخضع العملية لسياساتهم وشروطهم التقنية. أما في حال الشراء عبر التحويل البنكي المباشر، فإن المشتري يقر بمسؤوليته عن صحة بياناته، ويتم نقل ملكية النطاق (Push) بعد تأكيد استلام المبلغ بالكامل في حسابنا البنكي. لا نتحمل أي مسؤولية عن أي انتهاكات للعلامات التجارية قد تتعلق بالنطاقات؛ إذ تقع مسؤولية التحقق والبحث (Due Diligence) بالكامل على عاتق المشتري قبل إتمام عملية البيع.The domain names offered on this website are sold as digital assets on an "as-is" basis. As the owner of these domains, we provide no warranties regarding the domain’s performance or suitability for any specific commercial purpose. For purchases completed through the Namecheap platform, transactions are fully subject to their terms and technical policies. For purchases made via direct bank transfer, the buyer acknowledges full responsibility for providing accurate account information, and the domain transfer (Push) will be initiated only after full payment is confirmed and received in our bank account. We assume no liability for any trademark or intellectual property infringements related to the domains; the responsibility for conducting due diligence lies entirely with the buyer prior to completing the transaction.

6. الولاية القضائية6. Jurisdiction

تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام وتُفسر وفقاً للأنظمة والقوانين المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص محاكم المملكة بالنظر في أي نزاع قد ينشأ عنها.These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Saudi courts.
